Supporting the People Doing the Supporting
Parenting through academic struggles, behavioral concerns, special needs, adolescence, family transitions, or a difficult school year can be emotionally exhausting. Counseling gives parents and caregivers a confidential space to process stress, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, establish healthy boundaries, and care for their own emotional well-being while supporting their child. -
Life can bring periods of stress, uncertainty, and emotional challenges that can feel difficult to navigate alone. Counseling provides a supportive and confidential space to work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, emotional regulation, family concerns, grief, and other experiences that may affect overall mental health and well-being.

SOS should remain welcoming to people whose concerns are not education-related. Counseling may support adults, couples, and families navigating stress, relationships, communication, emotional concerns, life transitions, parenting, caregiving, and family dynamics.
